Shipping And Returns

Shipping Policy

All US orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or 2-day Express. Canadian and International orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS, depending on customer’s preferences.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm local time. All FedEx orders require a signature on delivery. Someone must be available to sign for the package on the scheduled arrival date. The courier will typically make 3 attempts at delivery. If, after the third attempt, the package is not claimed, the goods will be returned to REVEAL. Please ensure that your package is not damaged before it is signed for. If it is damaged, refuse the package and contact REVEAL immediately. Once the package is signed for, the responsibility of the goods is passed to the signee.

Shipping times vary depending on the method requested at the time of purchase and also the time the order is placed. We ship Monday-Friday between 9 am-5 pm PST. We do not ship on the weekends. Our cutoff time for orders is noon PST. If your order is placed before noon PST, then we will ship your order out that same day. If it is placed after noon PST, then your order will be shipped out the next day.

Ground Delivery: 

All parcels within the US are shipped using FedEx Ground service, unless specified otherwise. US orders should typically arrive between 4-7 business days from the date of order. Shipments to Canada depend on service (FedEx or USPS), customs clearance and point of delivery. We typically ship to Canada via Fedex International or USPS and packages arrive in 5-10 days. If you have special shipping requirements, please contact us directly. The fulfillment center is located in Long Beach, CA.

2-Day Express Delivery.

For expedited service, we offer 2-day FedEx Express for shipments within the US. Please note that our order cutoff time is noon PST. If you place your order after noon PST, the order will be shipped out the next day.

International Orders: 
We are able to ship Internationally. Email customerservice@revealshop.com for a quote and we will process your order at that time.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at the time of purchase based on the delivery service requested, the size and/or weight of the package, and the shipping destination’s postal codes.

All packages that must be re-delivered or re-routed will be charged additional shipping fees to the new destination.

If the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is incorrect and/or a package is returned, additional shipping fees will apply.

Return Policy

If you purchased your merchandise on http://revealshop.com and the product is defective, you may return or exchange it within 7 days after it is received. The product must be exchanged in the same condition in which it was shipped, in order to receive new merchandise. Please contact customerservice@revealshop.com if you have any questions about our products or to initiate a return/exchange.

If you have purchased your REVEAL merchandise from outside of http://revealshop.com, please contact the original point of purchase.
